Raspberry & Egmont Honey Sorbet

Raspberry & Egmont Honey Sorbet 

Packed with flavour and nutrients this refreshing dessert is quick and easy to prepare with just three ingredients and looks pretty served in little glass dishes. 

 

Serves: 4 

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

 

 

INGREDIENTS  

-400g frozen raspberries 

-2 tablespoons Egmont Honey 

-Juice of 1 lemon 

 

METHOD 

1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and blend until smooth using a stick blender. Alternatively you can do this in a food processor.

2. Serve immediately. We garnished ours with spray-free rose petals.  

3. If you want to make this recipe ahead of time you can store it in the freezer in an airtight container. Take it out of the freezer 5 minutes before serving to let it soften a little.
