I brought the honey so I could do garlic in honey. I haven't got round to doing that yet so I can't really review it. Tasted fine, very sweet.

5/5 tasted awesome and seems to have helped my Crohn’s disease! I purchased this honey after seeing some preliminary trials which showed high UMF (atleast 10+) honey MAY help with severe Crohn’s disease… and atleast from my experience I think ~ 4 tea spoons per day have indeed helped reduce my flareup symptoms after about 2 weeks!
