Egmont Honey Salted Popcorn
Watch out, this recipe is addictive! Salty, sweet and utterly moorish. Best served with friends in front of a good movie!
Serves: Makes 1 large bowl
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 4 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup popcorn
- 1 cup Egmont Honey
- 200g butter
- Sea salt
METHOD
1. Pop the popcorn as per packet instructions, transfer to a serving bowl and set aside.
2. Put the honey and the butter into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Pour over the popcorn, mix well then season with sea salt.
