Egmont Honey x Marcel’s Pancakes

This is a take on classic banoffee pie flavours – caramel, banana and cream. Delicious as both a decadent breakfast and a show-stopping dessert. And it’s all gluten-free!

 INGREDIENTS

-1 packet Marcel’s gluten-Free crepes

- 1 jar Egmont Honey Dulce de Leche

- Marscapone

- 2 bananas, sliced

- Chopped dark chocolate

 

METHOD

  1. Lay the crepes out on a clean flat surface. Spread each one with a layer of dulce de leche followed by a layer of marscapone.
  2. Sprinkle with chocolate then fold into quarters and slide the sliced banana between the layers.
  3. Divide between 3 plates, topping each crepe with some extra dulce de leche, marscapone and chocolate before serving.
