Yoghurt Granola Cups by @Nutrition.by.Kayla
The ultimate grab-and-go snack: a crunchy oat base, creamy yoghurt filling, and fresh fruit on top - sweetened naturally with Manuka Honey.
Makes 10 cups
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups oats (rolled + quick)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup nut/seed butter
- 1/4 cup of Egmont Mānuka Honey MGO 50+
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract
- Filling: Greek Yoghurt + fruit of choice
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-forced). Lightly spray a muffin tin with oil.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, banana, nut/seed butter, Egmont Mānuka honey, cinnamon, and vanilla until well mixed.
- Divide evenly into 10 muffin moulds. Press firmly into the base and sides to form a cup shape.
- Bake for 16 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Cool completely, then carefully remove from the tin.
- Fill with yoghurt, top with fruit, and enjoy!
