Honey, Kawakawa & Orange Tea
We made this recipe and it was so delicious that everyone came back for seconds and we had to promptly whip up another pot! If you have an abundance of oranges over winter (from your own tree or a spray-free source) then peel the zest from the fruit before eating and dry it out on a window-sill in the sunshine, the hot water cupboard or in a gentle oven then store it in an airtight container. You will then have it on-hand year-round for this recipe. It is also delicious in earl grey tea.
