Honey Hot Sauce and Eggs on Toast
The chilli and honey come together to make a sweet, hot sauce that perfectly complements the classic eggs and avo on toast combo. Let us know what you think!

INGREDIENTS
- 3 teaspoons Egmont Honey
- Good pinch chilli flakes
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1-2 avocados (depending on their size, sliced)
- 4 eggs
METHOD
- Put the honey and chilli flakes into a little frying pan and gently heat until the honey has thinned (you can do this in the microwave also).
- Turn the element off but leave the pan on it to keep it warm (you may need to briefly re-heat before you pour over the eggs).
- Toast the bread then butter and arrange the avocado slices on top.
- Fry the eggs to your liking then put these on to the toast.
- Lastly, drizzle over the hot honey sauce and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
