Egmont Honey Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls are a more mindful way to consume a smoothie – eating it from a bowl necessitates sitting down and taking some time for you! This smoothie bowl is packed with antioxidant-rich blueberries, orange, ginger and of course our anti-inflammatory Mānuka Honey.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries
- 1 orange, peeled, roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
- 1 banana, broken into bits
- 1 x serve protein powder (optional)
- Egmont Honey to serve
METHOD
Put all the ingredients into the jug of a stick blender or regular blender, pour in about a ¼ cup cold water and blend until smooth. Divide between two small bowls and garnish with extra blueberries, before drizzling a generous amount of Egmont Honey for extra sweetness!
