Egmont Honey Homemade Irish Cream
Watch out as this stuff is silky-smooth and utterly delicious. Perfect served in a pretty glass over some ice. Share it with friends, they will love you for it!

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup hot coffee

3 tablespoons cocoa

1 cup whiskey

1 cup Dulce de Leche

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup cream
METHOD

Pour the hot coffee into a bowl, add in the cocoa and whisk until smooth.

Next whisk in the whiskey followed by the dulce de leche and the vanilla. Continue to whisk until smooth and all the dulce de leche has been incorporated.

Lastly whisk in the cream.

Pour into a sterilised bottle, seal and store in the fridge. It will keep for 2 weeks. Delicious served over ice.
