Remember how good PB & Banana sandwiches we're when you were a kid? (maybe its a kiwi thing)... Anyway this recipe is a great way to start the day! and makes you feel like more of an adult.
Prep: 5 minutes
- 2 ripe bananas, thickly sliced
- 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 200ml milk
- 8 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp Egmont Honey
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, pour into 2 tall glasses and serve.
Try fat free natural yogurt or even a lemon flavoured one. Sprinkle with cocoa powder for extra flavour.
