Turmeric Latte
Now is the season for whipping up delicious hot drinks and cuddling in on the couch with a good book. We love that this recipe is packed full of anti-inflammatory spices and sweetened with our delicious honey. We think this one will become a firm favourite for all the right reasons!

Cook Time: 3-4 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- ¾ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Egmont Honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups milk
METHOD
- Put the ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, honey and vanilla into a small bowl and mix well to combine.
- Pour the milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, spoon in the turmeric paste then whisk until smooth.
- Over a medium-high heat bring the milk to the boil then remove from the heat, froth if desired then divide between two mugs.
- Top with a sprinkling of turmeric powder before serving.
