Iced Matcha Latte

We love a good iced latte and even more so when it is packed with nutritious, delicious matcha green tea and Egmont Honey!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 4 teaspoons boiling water
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons Egmont Honey
  • 2 cups milk
  • Ice to serve

 

METHOD

  1. In a small bowl or heat-proof jug combine the matcha, boiling water, protein powder (if using) and the honey.
  2. Whisk or mix well until smooth.
  3. Fill two tall glasses with ice, pour over the matcha mixture then top with milk and serve immediately.
