Egmont Honey Ginger & Melon Salad
There is nothing quite like a recipe that is quick and easy to prepare and yet tastes incredible and is filled with a good dose of health-giving vitamins and minerals to boost. This recipe is just that and to top it off looks lovely on a pretty serving platter too!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 rock melon
- Fresh ginger
- Mint leaves
- Egmont Honey (to drizzle)
METHOD
1. Cut the melon into thin wedges and arrange on a serving platter.
2. Grate ginger over the melon, scatter over mint leaves then drizzle with honey and serve.
