Sourced from the ancient beech forests found on the foothills of the Southern Alps, our Honey Dew is produced by aphids before being harvested by the bees into a pungent, liquid honey.

Usage
Our Beech Forest Honey Dew will not crystallise as other honey products do, therefore making it perfect to drizzle over breakfasts and desserts.
