No Retrospective Discounts:

Order Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before completing your purchase. Due to high order volumes, we may be unable to amend or cancel orders once placed unless urgent.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Due to a high-demand period, shipping and dispatch times may be longer than usual.
  
• Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside our control.
  
• All orders are shipped “no signature required.” If you prefer a signature-required delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange this directly with the courier. Egmont Honey is not responsible for any issues arising from unattended deliveries or pre-existing Authority to Leave settings.

Returns:

• Returns for change of mind or customer error are at the buyer’s expense.
  
• If a partial return reduces your order total below any promotional threshold (e.g., free gift or free shipping, if applicable), the value of the promotion may be deducted from your refund.
